Payment methods

You can then make the payment using internet banking or the way you normally pay your bills - through the bank, post office or similar)

Terms of refunds and complaints

In the event of a complaint or request for a refund for justified reasons, the buyer is obliged to send a written complaint to the agency by e-mail to info@eventra.hr or by registered mail to the address: Eventra service d.o.o., Graščica 7/A, 10000 Zagreb.

Eventra service d.o.o. will confirm the receipt of complaints/requests in writing without delay, and the response according to Article 10.para.5. of the Consumer Protection Act must arrive within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the complaint/request.
